Emory now outsources our DNA sequencing to Agencourt Bioscience, a company located in Beverly, MA.  They provide us with high quality results and quick turnaround times at competitive prices.  To get started, please download the QuickLane Getting Started Guide. This document contains all of the information you will need for sample submission.  The Guidelines are optimized for Agencourt’s automated pipeline, and following them will ensure that your project runs smoothly and efficiently.  Project details can be submitted online using the electronic project submission form (PSF). Using the online form will help to facilitate a quick transition of your project into the pipeline upon receipt. The PSF can be accessed from Agencourt’s website at http://www.agencourt.com/sample.  Account setup is a one-time step and takes just a few minutes to do.  For questions about the online form, please see contact information below.
 
The 2d bar-coded tubes Agencourt requires for your sample and primer submissions can be found at the drop box locations that have been set up across campus.  The samples have to be dropped off by 12 pm on weekdays.  Make sure to print out a copy of the project submission form and put it in the box outside the freezer.  Please list your PI’s name in the project name or write in on your form, or your samples will not be picked up.  Put your samples in the freezer in a box marked with your PI’s name.  We will pick up your samples after 12 pm and FedEx them overnight to Agencourt.
 
In the PO field of the online form you can put your Emory account number, which we will use for billing purposes.
