This document is intended to assist you in your first few attempts to use the
cytometer after training. Good Luck!
Step One: Turn on cytometer, check the sheath and waste tanks,
turn on pressure.
Step Two: Take ddH20 tube off cytometer, throw it away and replace
it with a fresh ddH20 tube.
Step Three: Turn on computer and login.
